Making the move to a better digital experience

MOVE Bank partnered with Zeroseven to redesign its digital presence and create a more flexible foundation for the future. The project was an opportunity to rethink the organisation's digital content ecosystem, giving content authors greater independence while maintaining the governance and compliance standards expected of a customer-owned bank.

As MOVE Bank prepared to roll out a new brand, it faced a growing challenge behind the scenes. Its existing website platform had become increasingly difficult to evolve, leaving the Marketing and Communications team dependent on developers whenever they wanted to launch new campaigns, create new page layouts or introduce new content experiences.

The content model was structured, but inflexible. Anything outside the existing framework required custom development, while relying on rich text content created inconsistency and reduced control over branding, user experience and governance. At a time when the organisation was looking to modernise its customer experience, the platform was making it harder to move quickly and confidently.

Balancing flexibility with governance

One of the project's key objectives was solving a challenge common to many enterprise organisations: how to give business users more control without compromising consistency or compliance.

Zeroseven rebuilt the website on Xperience by Kentico SaaS, introducing a flexible library of reusable components that allows marketers to assemble pages and create digital experiences without developer assistance. Instead of choosing between rigid templates and unrestricted rich text content, the Marketing and Communications team now works within a framework of approved building blocks that preserve brand standards while dramatically increasing agility.

The result is a platform that enables teams to respond faster to campaigns, business initiatives and customer needs, without creating additional demands on development resources.

A single source of truth for product information

While the website rebuild delivered greater flexibility, the most significant transformation occurred behind the scenes.

As a financial institution, MOVE Bank manages large volumes of product information, interest rates, fees, legal disclosures and regulatory content. Previously, maintaining this information required significant manual effort and introduced the risk of inconsistency across digital channels.

To address this, Zeroseven developed a custom product management platform integrated directly within Xperience by Kentico. The solution acts as a central source of truth for product content, allowing teams to manage information, rates, fees, disclosures and supporting content from a single location.

Integrated directly within Xperience by Kentico, the system provides a central source of truth for:

  • Product information
  • Interest rates
  • Fees and charges
  • Legal disclosures
  • Regulatory content

Built-in version control, approval workflows, permissions management, audit history and scheduled publishing provide the governance required for a regulated environment, while significantly reducing the operational effort involved in maintaining product information.

Reducing compliance risk through automation

A standout feature of the custom product management platform is its ability to centralise product information and compliance controls within a single source of truth.

Product details, interest rates, fees, disclosures and supporting content can be managed once and automatically reflected wherever that product appears across the website. Rather than manually updating multiple pages, teams can make changes confidently knowing product information remains consistent across every customer touchpoint.

The platform also automates one of the more complex aspects of digital compliance management. When product-related components and widgets are added to a page, the system automatically associates the correct legal disclosures and regulatory footnotes based on the products being displayed. Page-level disclaimers are then compiled dynamically, ensuring customers are presented with the information relevant to the products they are viewing.

By removing the need for marketers to manually manage disclaimers and compliance content, MOVE Bank can launch and maintain digital experiences with greater confidence. The result is reduced operational effort, improved consistency and stronger governance, while helping ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information across the website.

Supporting customers, brokers and internal teams

Alongside the public website, Zeroseven also delivered a secure broker hub using Xperience by Kentico's membership capabilities. The portal provides brokers with access to dedicated resources and protected content while creating a streamlined experience for both external users and internal administrators.

A centralised content repository further supports operational efficiency by allowing commonly used content and components to be managed once and reused throughout the website, reducing duplication and simplifying ongoing maintenance.

A platform built for long-term growth

Today, MOVE Bank's Marketing and Communications team can create and manage content independently, launch new digital experiences faster and maintain greater consistency across the organisation's digital presence.

By combining the flexibility of Xperience by Kentico SaaS with custom business functionality tailored to the banking sector, Zeroseven delivered more than a website. The project established a scalable digital platform that reduces operational overhead, strengthens governance and provides a foundation for future growth, helping MOVE Bank balance agility, compliance and customer experience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

We saw this project as an opportunity to do more than launch a new website. We wanted to create a platform that would support our new brand, give our team greater flexibility and provide a stronger foundation for future growth.

Zeroseven delivered a solution that balances ease of content management with the governance and compliance requirements expected in banking. From the website experience through to the product management platform behind the scenes, the result has streamlined the way we manage our digital channels and better positioned us to serve our customers.
